Lorene has been a holistic nutritionist for 11 years and a food professional for 25. She teaches at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and is a director for The Canadian Association of Holistic Nutritional Professionals (CAHN-Pro). Her food credentials include a Cordon Bleu certificate, many years in the food industry and she recently published the book A Pastry Queen Goes Green, a complete guide to baking with whole grains and whole sweeteners. She also specializes in nutritional counseling for women with reproductive disorders such as endometriosis and fibroids.
