Hi. If you are asking what you can do about bloating in the morning - then try probiotics. Either a suppplement with 8-10 strains and at least 10 billion to start. You may need more. Another option is Liberte kefir which has 32 strains and is very inexpensive. Start with a tablespoon and work up to a as much as half a cup - whatever level solves the problem. I am going to assume that you get enough fiber but since you mention drinking lots of water then ground chia ( grind the chia seeds in a coffee grinder) and add it to a smoothie and drink lots of water can help as this gives you fiber and essential fatty acids. You do not mention if you have daily bowel movements - so I am assuming this may be an issue becuase you are bloated in the morning. Probiotics in the morning or before bed is best. Now taking digestive enzymes throuhgout the day esepcially with bigger meals may help you use your food better and help you be less bloated. Eat slowly, chew well and don't drink too much liquid with your meals. If none of these these solve the problem then you need to see a naturopath or holsitc nutritionist to help you with a possible issues with excess yeast in your intestinal tract or possible food allergies. You should also see a doctor to make sure there are not any serious health issues in your intestines. Good luck it - it may take some time but if you keep at it, you will find the answers you need. If it does turn out to be food allergy - it is not the food's fault - it is the intestines - so working on this will help no matter what.
