Raspberry Keytones are potent phytonutrient phenolic compounds. Studies in animals given raspberry keytones showed an improved post exercise fat oxidation, but results were not statistically significant so further study is needed. It is always worthwhile trying these products. Most supplements help specific actions in the body. If your body needs improvement with the actions a supplements helps with - you will see a benefit - if your body needs soemthing else - than the supplemnt does nothing.
