Hi. There are many things you can try but it is best to see a health practitioner to determine the possible reasons. You need to rule out any serious illness or medication issues that may be causing this. One possible cause is dehydration which can also cause dizziness. So try drinking lots of water and replace your electrolytes (sodium, postassium, magneiusm and calcium). Low thyroid function can aslo cause low blood pressure so get that checked and eat sea vegetables to help support the thyroid. Adrenal stress can also affect blood pressure go to your loacal health food store and ask them for an adrenal adaptagen formula. Stabilize your blood suagr and eat small meals through out the day with plenty of fibre. Probiotics and fermented foods can also help stabilize blood sugar as well. Limit stimulants like caffeine. The most important thing you can do is examine your stress levels. Lowering stress levels can help your blood presure immensely and develop breathing techniques to help you relax and take pressure off your adrenals. Over time they will gradually respond and you can start to feel better. Good luck.
