What can I do for excessive sweating due to menopauseÉ
For the past 6 years I have suffered from excessive sweating due to menopause. When the weather gets warmer it gets worse. It starts around my neck and throat area and moves down my back. I am no longer on HRT as I was on it for more than 5 years following a hysterectomy at 45. I never know when or where this will strike and it can be very unnerving. I do take synthroid for my thyroid and blood pressure medication. do you have any suggestions on how I could control this.
Hi Most issues with menopausal symptoms are related to your adrenals. Blood pressure and thyorid issues can also be caused by adrenal issues. So you need to support your adrenals and control your stress levels. Exercises, deep breathing and relaxing techniques can help. Taking an adrenal adapatagen or adrenal glandualr supplement is also helpful so go to your local health food store and they can help you find one. Stabilize your blood sugar by eating frequently with foods with lots of fibre and improving your good bacteria levels with probiotics and fermented foods. Watch your calcium levels and balance it with magnesium to help your nerves relax. Good luck
