Question:

Natural remedies for Osteoarthritis

I have osteoarthritis. I do not like to take prescription drugs at all so I more or less put up with the pain or take Tylenol. There seem to be so many natural products that I have read help with arhritis pain such as ginger, boswellia extract and many, many more. I am confused as to what one(s) I should be taking. If I take more than one, will they all work? It's very confusing. I am also considering coming to your cling in Vaughan and would like to know what your fee schedule is and how it works. What would a conulstation cost me?

Susan,
Osteoarthritis is a challenging and debilitating condition. I highly recommend you test for and then take optimal doses of vitamin-D, some strong antioxidants, MSM with Glucosamine, Eggshell membrane, Hyaluronic acid, and Devlis claw to mitigate the pain (no side effects that you'd normally get from NSAIDS).
