Hi. Eczema is generally due to an imbalance of the intestinal good bacteria. Try to increase the good bacteria levels by taking a comprehensive probiotic supplment formula. The kefir from Liberte has benn found to help some people with their eczema. Consuming inulin fibre and FOS founds in foods like Jerusalem artichokes, chicory, wheat, garlic and onions can help feed the good bacteria. Drink lots of pure water to also help your intestinal health and hydrate your body and skin. Topically, shea butter and high quality coconut oil have been beneficial for some people. Be sure to try a little bit on your skin first to make sure you do not have any kind of allergic reaction - a good policy when trying anything new. However, topically treatment are best when accompanied by a plan to support the intestinal health as well as feeding the body with lots of foods with vitamins, mineral and phytonutrients, many of which can help the skin. Good luck.
