Question:

What should I take as supplements to saty healthy

With all the supplements on the market, I find it confusing as to what I should take daily to help me stay healthy. I am taking a low dose daily aspirin, Omega 3, B12, D, A, Lysine and CoQ10. I have problems sleeping so I take Relora at night. Is there anything I should add to or take away from this list?

Hi. Staying healthy is going to come prmarily for a whole food diet, exercise and stress management including getting plenty of sleep. Taking Omega 3 is good to make sure you gettting it as it is easy to get in diet but maybe your food choices do not have enough and you should not have eat a food you do not like to get a nutrient like coold water fish to get it. However, if you do like these foods, then you may not need the supplement. A good multi vitamin and mineral with plenty of B's and a god amount of vitamin D is a better option than doing single vitamins. I am not sure why you are taking lyisne or Coq10 but for general good health they are not needed. A good probiotic may be helpful or eating fermented food to keep your guit thalthy will bo more for than anythig else as good bacteria in the gut helps you absorb nutrients and lack of goof bacteria has been link to so many health issues common today. Good for you fro trying to stay healthy
