There are no negative interactions between Devil's claw and high blood pressure medications.

There are no negative interactions between Devil's claw and Prozac.

In the case of Arthrotec, this drug contains Diclofenac and Misoprostol. The latter is a stomach protector for the negative effects of the Diclofenac on the stomach. Diclonfenac is an anti-inflammatory drug and there will be an additive effect with Devil's claw since this herbal ingredient is an anti-inflammatory agent. Devil's claw is more commonly used as a natural alternative to anti-inflammatory drugs.
