I recommend that you see a health practitioner such as a naturopathic doctor. The treatment of gout will require the use of supplements to drain the uric acid and other metabolic waste, use of herbs for reducing inflammation and pain, potentially modifying the diet for reducing the amount of metabolic waste like uric acid, etc. We would require a lot more information to provide you with adequate guidance. I can tell you that there are good supplements that the practitioner will be able to use to help relieve the pain.
Do not hesitate to contact me at gchamberland@curaphyte.ca if you have other questions.
