These symptoms are commonly caused by an inflammatory reaction to certain foods, and nutrient deficiencies. Bags under eyes are often referred to as 'allergic shiners'. Consider having a through food allergy/intolerance test run. There are a number of excellent labs that do this. Be sure to test IgE, IgG, and IgA antibodies.
Another consideration is to have your iron, B12 and B6 levels investigated. Although rare in men, low iron levels can occur. B vitamin deficiencies are more common.
Last but not least, make sure you are getting adequate sleep!
